Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad,Lucknow to Vasundhra, Working

Till today Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad Vasundhra to lucknow has not solved the problem.Now they have alloted me Plot 1553/Sector-5 (162 Sq.Mt )Bigger one after admiting their office fault in front Honourable High Court.I had paid the Complete amount as per the prevailing rates of Land that Time when under the Scheme I had applied.I am requesting again and again to UPAVP,but they are asking me Rs. 6250/ per Sq.Mt of Half Plot 67.87 Sq Mt and 94.13 Sq.Mt with New Rate ( Rs.15,000/Sq Mt) and the interest. Intentions of Ofiiceres are not clear as the same Plot Land can not be two Rates.And when a apllication is pending since the day of allotmnet for the decison in their office till they give decision how a person can pay the amount.Due to ill interests of Officers Specially Shri Shri Laxamn Prasad Singh ,Joint Housing Commisioner who has communicated through his office assistant to pay Rs.5 Lac as bribe and he will get settled all the matter in old rate when Shri Anil Sant was Housing Commisioner,he told me get it settled with Mr.Laxman Prasad,I dont know what his meaning of settling ( Bribe or Really Helping,and similary Secretary has npt bothered to listen.As if this game is going on.

All can understand that there are 28 Housing Socities are defaulters in Vasundhra they have to pay Corers rupees of UPAVP,but nothing is being done.Similary No development in Vasundhra,peoples are running shops in Houses while Commercial Complexes are lying vacccant,Drains are not claered till today after the allotment in many sectors just passing the buck on Nagar Nigam.

Property dealers are minting the money as they satisfy the requirement of all the officials from Vasundhra to Lucknow.The simple theory they tell and I also had been told the what ever the benfit you will get pay half ( which comes in Lacs) of that as facilation fee yoour work will be done,some of societies like Doctor's Park has given a flat to Mr.Mittal who was housing commisioner of that time.This a big game if investiagted will give a feel why the property rates in vasundhra has gone so high when there is no basic facilties not installed even after so many years.

So all these things some time give a feeling that does there any Justice is there.

Wrong Allotmnet of Plot By UP Awas Vikas,Vasundhra ,Ghaziabad

I have been trying since last five years for the correction of my wrongly alloted plot,inspite of assurances of Housing Commisioner,the Deputy Housing Commisonner is still not issuing the letter.In last five years arond 200 plots were changed,by the Authorties,I dont know why my case has not been processed.I had not been given even a single letter about the decision on my application.I have been humilated,I had given my request to http://darpg-grievances.nic.in ,but there is no movement .And now treating me as diffaulter by not paying me amount of the earlier wrong alloted plot of smaller size for which I had not applied.The rates of land has incresed fro Rs6500/ to Rs.17000/ per square meter.So I request all the Senior Govt official to give me the guidence how to get me plot which has been asked by me.

I once again appeal to Deputy Housing Commisioner Mr.Lkashman Prasad Singh,UP Awas vikas Parishad to allot me immediately Plot 1553 of Sector-5 ,Vasundhra,Ghaziabad on the old Rates of Rs.6500/per sq.meter,as the matter has been delayed too much by them only for which they should be responsible.

Sub.: Appeal for the Allotment

Dear Sir,

In refrence to my earlier since last 5 years so many letters requests at various herracy & personal 5 Meetings to Commissioners /Deputy/Joint (Housing ) earlier ,displayed on your website http://www.upavp.com/ also before 6th Dec.2007 that it it is indicated that it has been proposed to me ( I had attached the Copy of Print Clearly displayed my name also),, every time I had been assured earlier that you will be allotted in same sector i.e. Sec.-5,you give the consent among the two plots of the displayed plots .I have sent the consent for Plot No 1553 /Sector-5 for allotting. This time file was sent for your approval since last 3 months and it has been dully marked clarification asked at various stages of file halts.
Today I came to know that it has not been approved by you Sir, even after so many assurances and commitments by the Chairpersons.
So I request once again you to kindly review & get allotted me the plot number 5/1553 immediately & oblige me.
